The Madison Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold an official hearing on June 9, 2026 at 7:00PM at the Madison Township Hall Located at 817 Expressview Dr. Mansfield, Oh 44905.
This is for the purpose of reviewing 3 applications for variance.
The first application is for 1581 Fleming Falls Rd. This is for the purpose of placing an accessory building on the property outside of the zoning regulations 800.2.
The second application is for 859 Belmont Ave. This is for the purpose of building a house on the lot that is only 50′ in width against the zoning regulations in section 410.
The third application is for 399 Pennsylvania Ave. This is for the purpose allowing an increased number of chickens on the property against the zoning regulations in section 900.1.
All adjoining land owners are invited to contribute in the hearing to express their support or concerns of this variance.
