Sign Fee Schedule

Madison Township Richland County Ohio 2025 Sign Fees

  1. All signs up to 90 sq ft are $50.00.
  2. All signs from 91 sq ft up to 149 sq ft are $100.00.
  3. All signs from 150 sq ft up to 200 sq ft are $200.00.
  4. All 2-sided signs are double the price.
  5. All signs over 200 sq ft per side require a variance. If granted sign will be $200.00 plus $1.00 per sq ft over 200 sq ft.
  6. No sign poles over 60 ft without a variance.
  7. All portable signs, not subject to fee waivers, will have a permit fee of $30.00 for 3 months, or $100.00 per year or a one-time fee of $500.00. All portable signs with electric shall have an additional fee of $20.00.
