Public Hearing
The Madison Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold an official hearing on May 12, 2026 at 7:00PM at the Madison Township Hall Located at 817 Expressview Dr. Mansfield, Oh 44905.
This is for the purpose of reviewing an application for variance at 21 Bahl Ave. to allow the occupant to keep a fence that was installed without prior approval and in violation of Zoning Regulation 800.9 (B & E).
All adjoining land owners are invited to contribute in the hearing to express their support or concerns of this variance.
