REQUIREMENTS
State of OH EMT Paramedic Certification
Valid Ohio Driver’s License
Clean Driving Record / Maintain ability to be insured by our (departments) insurance provider (<4 pts)
State if Ohio Firefighter Level 2 Certification
Clean Background as verified by a BCI Background Check
